Privacy Notice

Effective September 21, 2026

Cadence Arbitration collects the information submitted through its enquiry form: your name, email address, role in the matter, preferred language and the limited information you provide about the nature of the dispute.

Purpose

This information is used only to respond to an enquiry and to conduct a preliminary availability, independence and conflict review. It is not used for marketing, sold or disclosed for unrelated purposes.

Do not submit confidential material

Please do not submit evidence, legal submissions, privileged material or detailed confidential case information through the form. Submitting an enquiry does not create an appointment, retainer or arbitrator–party relationship.

Service provider and location

Enquiries are processed through Formspree, a service provider based in the United States. Information submitted through the form may therefore be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Retention and access

Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, complete a preliminary conflicts review, meet applicable professional obligations or maintain records required by law. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, submit a request through the enquiry form and identify it as a privacy request. Some information may need to be retained where required for conflicts or legal-record purposes.
